Daily Diary (92): Generalist

I have always considered myself a generalist. I learn something to a good enough extent to have positive and good results, but never quite specialising, although I have been considered an expert in topics such as ecotourism, tourism planning in protected areas, gardening, and organisational development.

I believe that the best archetype of a generalists that lands with me is: the connector. I am specially good at connecting online and creating networks, as I did for Reimagina2030, and other initiatives. When I connect in-person I am more selective and strategic due to my introverted personality. My key strength is the trust I build in a short time, because I truly listen to people.

So are you a generalist or a specialist?
