In my company payday falls each month on the 21st. I like the idea of this, because every 3 months it is close to a change of season: Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
Each month is an opportunity to reflect on the month, and each quarter a way to look back at what was achieved and what I want to move forward in the following 3 months. It is also a a way to move with the seasons, and acknowledge my level (and Earth’s) level of energy to spring, enjoy, harvest or winter.
Payday is also a flow of money, it is the compensation for my work, but mostly for my time and energy.
