Open garage. Take out the bicycle. Prepare the pannier. Ready to go. Get on it and start gliding.

When I get on a bicycle I have this sensation of gliding just above the ground. You legs pedal instinctively, no need to think. Your attention is on the road and steering towards your destination, but also avoiding stationary and moving obstacles (eg. potholes, cars, people, trees, etc.).

“Life is a bicycle” you get on it and steer accordingly as things come your way, but always heading somewhere.

Yesterday I headed to Axbridge by the Strawberry Line. Where will I head today?
