How many times have you felt stuck in life, this year, today? What is stuckness?

Stuck is walking in mud and your boots getting stuck. You can take out your foot and continue, but you don’t want to get all muddy or hurt your feet; but you can actually can get unstuck. You just have to make the decision, and understand that you are quickly weighing your options. To stay dry, but stuck; or move on and get dirty.

Stuckness is something physical. You feel it in your body. You feel tense. A strange feeling all over your body, but maybe specifically in one part. Where? Legs, gut, chest, shoulders, throat, head, etc. What is that part of your body trying to tell you.

Don’t drown the feeling, don’t avoid the emotion, Connect to it, what is it trying to tell you? What does it mean? It is the symptom of what?

Stuckness is part of life.

Your personal baggage from the past is always there, even you have analysed it and “got over it”, it is part of you and it will appear from time to time and make you feel stuck. External systems, conditions and expectations also make you feel stuck. Embrace stuckness. Slow down. Listening. Make sense. Take the next “minimum viable step”, to move forward.
